There used to be a B/F fanart that came up when you got a 404 error on a particular website. I don't remember which one, but the fanart was of Buffy and Faith in bed together (with Buffy sleeping and Faith holding the blanket to her chest while giving the viewer a nasty glare) and if anyone has it or knows where I can find it, please, for the love of god, drop me a line.

An Exploding Cigar We Willingly Smoke by tyleet27
Rating: R
Pairing: Buffy/Spike/Angel
Warnings: one-shot, m/m
>>: This is a lovely bit that takes place after both series, about the relationships between Buffy, Angel, and Spike. (Mostly Spike.) Contains surprisingly little angst.

How Xander Got Fired From That Phone Sex Line by The One Who Isn't Chosen
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Andrew/Xander. Sorta.
Warnings: drabble
>>: 'Okay, so Xander's throw-away comedic line in The Yoko Factor about working at a phone sex line just begged for me to drabble about it.' XD Awesomely geeky.

As You Were + One by elisi *protected entry*
Rating: R
Pairing: Angel/Buffy/Spike
Warnings: m/f, m/f/m
Summary: Remember that awful episode where Riley caught Buffy and Spike together? This is how it might have gone if Angel had been in the neighbourhood and caught them first.
>>: Well written and provides some much needed closure. Check out elisi's other stuff; she writes for a few different pairings, including more A/B/S and a particularly interesting Buffy/Jack (from Torchwood).

Courting Sin by Leni
Rating: R
Pairing: Buffy/Angelus
Warnings: m/f
Summary: A piecemeal remix of Season 2, after Passion.
>>: Rather interesting. Explores how Buffy and Angelus might have gotten together in the second season.

Crap Shoot by Margot le Faye !
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Angel(us)
Warnings: m/f, one-shot
Summary: Futurefic; TPTB call upon Buffy once more to shut down the latest apocolypse. Of course, after several centuries of fighting the good fight, the end of the world doesn't really inspire the same kind of apprehension it once did. As the inevitable portents unfold, Buffy maintains her nonchalance. The sky rains fire, the sun weeps blood, the earth groans and the seas boil. Which, in these days of impervious building materials and instantaneous transportation from one end of the planet to the other, doesn't cause much inconvenience and no more than a mild report in the news that the scientific community is working on the problem, and things should be back to normal in time for rush hour.
>>: Out of all of Margot's stories, this is one of my favourites. It's hot and funny and has some lovely twists. Be sure to check out Margot's other stories! In particular I'd recommend Sensual Sensitivity, Spoonless in Sunnydale, and the infamous Silken Cage Series.

Five Futures Full of Alcohol and Sex by Kyra Cullinan
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Faith, Buffy/Xander, Buffy/Giles, Buffy/Willow, Buffy/Angel/Spike
Warnings: m/f, f/f, one-shot
Summary: Five ways it might have gone after the series finale of Buffy.
>>: A modified response to both the Five Things challenge and the Cocktail Challenge.

Heroes In Hell by DeborahMM
Rating: R
Pairing: Buffy/Spike
Warnings: m/f, one-shot
Summary: Buffy takes a trip to Hell to retrieve someone who doesn't belong there.
>>: Takes place after the series finale of BtVS, edging into Season 8 of the comics a little bit and ignoring AtS. A rather heartening tale that aims to set things right.

In the Blood (or, The Best Laid Plans) by Margot le Faye !
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Angel(us)
Warnings: m/f
Summary: 'Angsty fluffy fun when Angelus turns Buffy and gets results no one expected.'
>>: Spoilers for Buffy S7 and Angel S4. I love this story~ It's fluffy (as Margot mentions) and completely unrealistic (that's kind of the point) and aimlessly sensual even in the parts that aren't filled with gratuitous sex (as always). And it'll give you the warm fuzzies inside at the end, like oh man, that's ridiculous. But isn't it lovely? Die hard Buffy/Angel fans should love this. And maybe the Buffy/Angelus shippers, too. And people who like fluff. And people who just want a break from the angst, angsty though this is. *g*

Phoenix Burning by Yahtzee !
Rating: R
Pairing: Buffy/Angel
Warnings: m/f
Summary: 350 years after The Gift Buffy is resurrected by the Watcher's Council as part of a radical new measure to help combat the increasingly overwhelming population of vampires. Thrust into an unfamiliar world with the knowledge that everyone she sacrificed herself for is dead, the inner strength that carried Buffy through half a dozen apocolypses has finally waned. Luckily, a piece of her past that's survived the centuries might be just the thing to return it to her.
>>: Even if you're not a big fan of Buffy/Angel (like me), this is a great story, wonderfully done; read it. Post-Gift.

Ride of Rides by Basingstoke
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: gen, slight Ethan/Lilah
Warnings: one-shot
Summary: “The limo driver is taking tae kwon do lessons in the hope of making the security team; she knows this, because she has to know everything. At Wolfram and Hart everyone has their eyes pointed up up up.”
>>: An interesting little piece in which Wolfram & Hart contracts Ethan Rayne for a job.

Super Food World by Valerie X
Rating: R
Pairing: Buffy/Spike
Summary: Buffy's broke and depressed; Spike has money. Midnight grocery shopping is had. He was like when you hear the first few notes of a song and you turn up the volume, but then you remember that you hate this song, and you feel stupid having just made it louder. Maybe you even nodded your head to the first few beats, or sung along with the opening line, and now you feel ashamed for enjoying it. If someone walked in, you'd have to explain what you were doing listening to that song, when that song so obviously sucks.
>>: Aimless, angsty, and rather amusing. A nice little exploration of Buffy and Spike's relationship.

The Christabel Chronicles by Nymue
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Angelus, Buffy/Angelus/William, Angelus/William, others
Warnings: m/f, m/m/f, f/f, m/m, unfinished
Summary: What if Buffy had met Angelus before he was cursed with a soul? When a spell gone wrong sends Buffy to 18th century London she gets the opportunity to find out. The Powers That Be have a way to send her back, but it's not a perfect solution. The spell to return her to her world cannot be performed for another hundred years, and she has no choice but to wait...
>>: Like so many other old classics the Christabel Chronicles were never completed. The status of this is a little more mysterious than most, as Nymue's last updates indicate that she intended to add a new chapter very soon. If anyone knows what happened to her, please, share.

The End Of Days by Maquis Leader !
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Angel(us), Angel/Cordelia
Warnings: m/f, noncon
Summary: Cordelia foresees Buffy and Angelus helping to bring down the Beast, so the Scooby Gang comes to LA to help out. Meanwhile, Buffy struggles to come to terms with loving Angel's demon (and being loved back, in a wonderfully demonic fashion).
>>: One of Leader's best works; it's funny and sexy with healthy dashes of darkness and angst (and plenty of possessive!Angelus, which there can never be enough of). It has two sequels, Begin A New Day if you're pro-Angel and Bring Forth The Night if you're pro-Angelus. Rewrite of Apocolypse, Now-ish. Check out all of Leader's other stories! He/She's done a ton of wonderful, much-gratifying B/A, and the Buffy/Angelus is lovely too~♥

The Gryphon's Secrets by Maquis Leader
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Angel/Buffy, Angelus/Darla, Angelus/others
Warnings: m/f, ncs, chan
Summary: “The gryphon symbolizes duality and the treasure of the sun.” So how did Angelus end up with a tattoo representing the sunrise?
>>: This is a really good bit of Angelus history. It's so very ... him.
Angelus
Angel

The Last Summer by Annie Sewell-Jennings !
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Spike
Warnings: m/f, one-shot
Summary: 'After the world is destroyed by nuclear apocalypse, Buffy and Spike meet up in Australia for what may be the last summer on Earth.'
>>: Gorgeously bittersweet, this is inspired. Post-Restless.

The Wicked Seduction of a Vampire Slayer by Claudia D. Christian
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Angelus
Warnings: noncon, m/f, unfinished
Summary: What if Angelus hadn't just wanted to drive Buffy mad before he killed her? What if he'd decided to make her his? Two years after fleeing Sunnydale the demon who broke her walks back into her life to reclaim his lover...
>>: This is another old classic, never to be finished. Be warned, this is only for real Buffy/Angelus shippers. The brief moments of tenderness Angelus experiences only serve to make him more of a bastard... -_-;

Thrall by Chase
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Spike
Warnings: m/f, incomplete
Summary: 'Starts with the final scene of Wrecked and goes AU from there. While still trying to sort out her complex relationship with Spike, Buffy discovers that the resurrection spell left her with much more than just a cellular sunburn. The news has far-reaching consequences for her relationships with both Spike and the Scoobies.'
>>: I thought this started out a little awkwardly, but then that whole season was kind of awkward. It gradually smooths out into a sensual, addictive, but frustratingly incomplete story. Well, it's a good nine chapters for B/S shippers who felt unsatisfied with the canon version of that period.

Vampire Winter by DeborahMM
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Buffy/Angel/Spike (in various combinations), mention of Buffy/The Immortal
Warnings: one-shot, m/f, m/m
Summary: Spike and Angel are on the run following the end of AtS, and stop by Italy to see their lover one last time.
>>: Not really my thing, but this is well written, angsty and erotic, and all around a beautiful piece of work. There's also a short companion piece, Belonging (which seems to be locked to her lj now), though it's just Angel/Spike.

Attack of the Gay Mimes by Valerie X
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: gen
Warnings: one-shot, parody
Summary: A parody set after Seeing Red. Much funnier than what actually happened.
>>: Aimlessly amusing. Beware of character bashing. XD

Have Yourself A Fluffy Cluffy Buffy Christmas by Beer Good
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Buffy/?
Warnings: one-shot, crack
Summary: 'Some time into the future, at the end of a fabulous Christmas Day, Buffy and her new husband relax in the comfort of their own home and open their special presents to one another.'
>>: XD;

No One Defies Chuck Norris by Sarah
Rating: PG
Pairing: Angel/Cordelia, Chuck Norris/Cordelia
Warnings: ficlet
Summary: When Cordelia's on her deathbed Angel turns to the only man powerful enough to make her healthy again.
>>: Rec'd solely for the crack. *g*

Things That Never Happened to Buffy Summers by Jedi Buttercup
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: gen
Warnings: drabbles, crossovers
Summary: Forty drabbles, fourty crossovers, fourty things that never happened.
>>: Nicely done.
